Welcome to my first ever post!
We all know that every journey has a beginning and well, I guess mine is no exception. Yes, I have always dreamt of traveling and seeing the world, but the truth is, I have no idea what I am doing or getting myself into!
All I know is that I am a woman who wants to be a better person and achieve bigger things in life.
Seems quite straight-forward, doesn’t it?
In reality, I am tired of working long days and long hours, having limited time to do the things that really matter. I am tired of being surrounded by negativity and unhappiness. Tired of listening to people moan about the lives they are living and all the “I regrets” and the “I wish I hads”. So many of us give ourselves to our bosses, and our responsibilities, so much so, that we lose track of what it is we really want, and what makes us happy.
What Really Makes You Happy?
Are you where you are right now because that’s where you chose to be? Or have you just landed in your current situation due to it being the easiest path to choose?
Life is a funny thing. And sometimes, I feel like the vast majority of us would rather feel miserable all the time than taking the harder route and making big changes which could eventually lead to our happiness.
That’s why I have decided to take the plunge and leave these people behind, and on my way, I hope to encourage you to do the same!
I know it’s not going to be a walk in the park, and at times things will get difficult, but that’s life anyway! So here I am, buying a one-way ticket out of here to travel the world – and I am not 100% sure how I am going to do it!
What Happens Next?
So, what lies ahead for Nomadic Diver?
Well, apart from lots of awesome diving and experiences, I will be quitting my job, leaving England on a one-way ticket, eradicating my personal debt, finding a way to make enough full-time online income and traveling the world ticking things off of my bucket list as I go!
